Sungkai is a small town located in Perak. Driving from KL, it takes about 2 hours via highway.
It’s nice for a half day trip with delicious lunch, especially their fresh river fishes~!
ぺラッ州南部に位置する小さな町、スンカイ。
KLからは高速を利用して約2時間ほどのドライブ。
名物の川魚料理を求め、朝9時にKLを出発しました。

After lunch, we “Jalan-Jalan” the small town.
ご飯の後はスンカイの町をぶらり。
We found a rstaurant which sells slated chicken.
They have frozen pack for take away too.
It has rich ginger flavor, which is a bit different taste with the Ipoh one. Very very tasty~!
町を歩き、塩チキンのお店を発見。チャイニーズレストランの軒先には窯や薪が置かれています。
冷凍も販売していたので、お土産に購入。生姜の香りが食欲をそそる、イポー名物とは一味違った塩チキンでした。
